FAQs

  • Payment can either be shared online (venmo) or mailed by check (whatever is easier for your business workflow). We offer payment plans to help accommodate your budgeting.

    Standard Payment structure: 50% up front, 50% at the end of the project before final files are released.

    Payment Plans: Broken up into 3 payments throughout the duration of the project.

  • No, not at the moment. We currently feel proficient in the above services and know we’ll provide you with a professional experience.

  • If we’re working on a website, you’ll need to separately purchase a domain and website subscription.

    To ensure the smooth and efficient running of our project, please keep in mind the following fees. A late fee of $250 per week will be charged if feedback or crucial assets are not provided within 5 business days, and no prior notice is given regarding the need for extra time. Any revisions made outside of the three included in a branding project will incur an hourly rate of $75 USD. If communication is abruptly stopped and you wish to resume the project months later, a restarting fee of $2000 will be charged, and the project cost may reflect current pricing. Please note that multiple warnings will be communicated with empathy before implementing any extra fees.
